ABOUT

羅家明是一位香港的鼓手。他接受紐約著名指導老師的訓練。他的音樂風格涵蓋爵士樂、放克、流行音樂、搖滾、藍調和拉丁音樂。家明在香港的多個地方展示了他的技藝，包括香港電台、香港機場、香港外國記者會、M+博物館、荃灣大會堂、香港中文大學利希慎音樂廳、藝穗會、Visage One、留白Livehouse、CODA 爵士喫茶、雲吞麵旅舍、牧羊少年與他的浮萍、如煙、BlindCat、Allure Music Salon、Cheek to Cheek Soho、Sense 99、Chez Trente和翻騰三周半。

家明曾是臺中中西爵士大樂團的成員，並在台南一日音樂節上表演。他參加了多場本地音樂會，包括「藝術、文化與音樂巡禮在機場」及太古坊PROJECT AFTER 6: The Pitch 2022音樂表演。

家明在2022年至2023年間參加了滴音樂爵士室樂團工作坊和香港青年爵士樂團，並於2024年及2025年與HKYJC大樂隊一起演出。

 

Law Ka Ming is a drummer based in Hong Kong. He trained under notable instructors in New York City. His musical influences span genres such as jazz, funk, pop, rock, blues, and latin music. Ka Ming has showcased his skills at venues across Hong Kong including Radio Television Hong Kong, and Hong Kong Airport, The Foreign Correspondents Club Hong Kong, M+ museum, Tsuen Wan Town Hall, Lee Hysan Concert Hall in the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Fringe Club, Visage One, Lau Bak Livehouse, CODA Jazz Kissa, Wontonmeen, Bar Lemna, Yuyin, BlindCat, Allure Music Salon, Cheek to Cheek Soho, Sense 99, Chez Trente and Fountain de Chopin.

Previously, Ka Ming was a member of the Taichung Midwest Jazz Orchestra and took the stage at the Tainan One-day Music Festival. He has played in various local concerts including “Art, Culture and Music at the Airport” and “PROJECT AFTER 6: The Pitch 2022.”

Ka Ming further honed his jazz skills by participating in the Drip Music Jazz ensemble programme and the Hong Kong Youth Jazz Collective from 2022 to 2023, and performed with the HKYJC big band in 2024 and 2025.
